"Investing With Clarity™"

The Investor's chief problem - even his worst enemy - is likely to be himself.
-- Benjamin Graham

After watching many stock market indexes increase in the latest quarter, it is clear many investors do not believe in the rally taking place in the markets.

Once again, data points are showing investors continue to move money out of equities and into fixed income. Additionally, reports are showing many money managers do not believe in the current stock market rally and continue to keep cash on the sidelines.

Frankly, I love it!

Why do I love the fact investors do not want to invest in the stock market?

It's easy! The longer investors stay out of the stock market, the longer we have the opportunity to buy the companies we want to own at lower prices!

I completely agree with Benjamin Graham's quote above. I do believe when it comes to investing, investors worst enemy is not stock market volatility, it's themself!

Why is it investors are their own worst enemy?

To me, it's simple - They do not know what they own in their portfolio and why.

I fundamentally believe, the more you understand what you own in your investment portfolio and why, the more successful an investor you will be.

I call it - INVESTING WITH CLARITY&trade\;.
